How strong is the fragrance?

Check the individual soap’s description for scent details. Whirlwind Sun Soap is described as having a rich fragrance, but we do not provide a shared fragrance-strength rating across the collection. If your recipient prefers a subtle scent, contact us before choosing.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Do not assume that a handmade soap will suit every skin type. Our first-use guidance recommends testing on a small area of skin before use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes and rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs.

Where can I check ingredients and allergens?

Ask us to confirm the complete ingredient list and any fragrance allergens for the specific soap before ordering, especially if your recipient has a known allergy or sensitivity. Our general ingredient pages describe different formulas and should not be treated as a confirmed ingredient list for every bar.

How long can I keep it before gifting?

A confirmed shelf-life period is not available in the product information reviewed for this FAQ. Contact us about the specific soap before buying ahead for an occasion. A product’s estimated duration in use is not the same as its shelf life.

How should the soap be stored?

Keep it in a dry, well-ventilated area between uses, and let the bar dry to help extend its life. Before first use, lather under warm water and rinse to remove any surface residue from the crafting process.

Can I personalize my gift?

The Available Custom Soaps collection includes individually designed handmade pieces. This does not by itself confirm made-to-order personalization. Contact us before ordering to check whether your requested design or personal detail is possible, along with price and timing. Do not assume a personalization request is included unless it has been agreed.
